Note: for a smoother stream on the Live Service pop up window, follow these steps...

#1. Right click "on the screen", NOT the tool bar of  your Windows Media Player
#2 Select "Options"

#3 Then on the "Performance Tab" Look at "Network buffering"

#4 Unselect "Use default Buffering" (Buffering is what is pre-loaded before you are able to watch)
#5 Select "Buffer  10  seconds of content or more. (Put 10 in the blank or more, 30 seconds is better)
#6 Click "OK"
#7 Now right click in the white area and REFRESH OR RELOAD

Note: You will now have a 10 second delay (or whatever you put in), this might alleviate some of your re-buffering during the service.

Something else that might help, close out any programs that might slow your internet connection, i.e. Weather programs, Instant Messaging programs or anything else that may be using your internet connection.

Or anything that may be using your computer memory i.e. programs running in the background.  (you can push "ctrl alt del" to see what is running, and terminate those programs not needed at this time, look for programs to stop that you are familiar with ONLY)

Finally add more memory to your computer. and if possible get a larger internet connection.
(Note: the further you are away from you internet service provider, the slower your internet connection will be.)

Most of all, thanks for trying this hard to listen and watch us!

God Bless!
